3 Reasons you don't feel as awesome as you think you should

The more that my life starts to look how I pictured it in my mind, the more obvious it becomes that my stories of suffering and struggle are of my own creation.

What I mean is, when you start to live the life you've always wanted, you might find that you still come up with 'reasons' to stress, get down on yourself, or otherwise be unhappy...

You might still feel unfulfilled, dissatisfied, stressed, disconnected... or even a sense of scarcity in the face of abundance.

I mean, sure... maybe it's not quite how you pictured it and you still have things that you're working toward...
I certainly do.

However, that doesn't mean you need to suffer, struggle and generally punish yourself until you reach your 'final destination' !!
Partly because, the goal post will ALWAYS move so you'll never reach that 'final destination'

Why does this happen?
Here are a few common reasons...

1. We're often seeking the wrong things.
(This is why I work with people on DESIRE to help clarify what you *actually* want)

For example: We think more money will make us feel better. Well, it turns out that the more money you make, the more money you think you need.

(Trust me, I fell HARD into this trap)

2. Outside circumstances may change, while the unconscious stories we have about ourselves don't...

For example: If you feel unworthy of love, you will never let yourself feel the love... even if someone is standing in front of you desperately trying to poor it into you.

3. Havingness. ie. unwillingness to allow ourselves to feel positive sensation
(This is more common than you think.)

As things become more awesome and our problems get smaller, we struggle over ever smaller situations & circumstances.

Naturally, these are the exact sorts of things that I work with people on.
Whatever your current life circumstances, there's a very good chance that one of these three things is holding you back from feeling as awesome as you could.
and I don't know about you... but I want to feel sublime joy as often as possible.
